Manager of Fleet Safety and Compliance
A leading distribution company committed to delivering exceptional service and maintaining the highest standards of safety is seeking a dedicated and experienced Fleet Safety and Compliance Manager to oversee and enhance our fleet operations. This critical role will develop, implement, and manage comprehensive safety programs to ensure compliance with all DOT and FMCSA regulations, overseeing and maintaining compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. Unfortunately, 3PLs cannot be considered.
Minimum Requirements:
- Proven experience in fleet safety and compliance management, in distribution, transportation within a wholesaler or manufacturer.
- Deep knowledge of DOT and FMCSA regulations.
- Strong understanding of fleet management systems, such as Roadnet or Omnitracs.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
