**Key Qualifications:**
- Preferred: PLS license in Kansas / Oklahoma or currently pursuing.
- Expertise in using GPS, Total Station, laser levels, and data collection systems.
- Proficiency in Autodesk and/or MicroStation software.
- Flexibility to work both in an office setting and in the field.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Strong understanding of boundary reconciliation principles.
- Demonstrated leadership with the ability to guide and instruct team members.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects.
- Independent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound business judgments.
- Capable of meeting the physical requirements for site visits and travel.
- Adherence to all relevant safety and compliance programs.
- Valid driver's license is essential.
