Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution
- 2-20 years of experience in a consulting firm
- Healthcare design experience preferred
- Hands-on design and CAD/REVIT experience
Job Responsibilities:
- Represent the firm in all interactions with clients, contractors, and project team members
- Create basic designs and develop specifications for projects of all sizes
- Monitor correspondence and supervise construction administrative duties
- Conduct employee evaluations and contribute to technical leadership committee
- Assist with technical training and staff mentoring
