Job Details:
My client is a Commercial HVAC Mechanical Contractor who is actively looking for a Project Manager who has done Mechanical Commercial projects and/or Building Automation projects for large projects.
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Proven experience in commercial HVAC project management within the mechanical construction industry.
- Proficiency in construction estimating, pricing, and cost control.
- Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices.
- Ability to interpret blueprints and construction drawings for project execution.
- Experience in negotiating contracts and managing client relationships.
- Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and industry standards related to commercial construction projects.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
