Software QA Manager
My client is seeking a Software QA Manager for a full time permanent position. This will be a hybrid position with 1 - 2 days onsite.
Qualifications:
- Oversee QA team operations, including hiring, performance management, goal setting, and mentorship.
- Possess a deep understanding of software development testing methodologies.
- Expertise in automated testing frameworks and tools.
- Proficiency in object-oriented programming languages (C#, Java).
- Foster a collaborative Agile environment.
- Knowledge of API and load testing concepts.
- Enforce and maintain rigorous testing standards.
- Must be a Green Card holder or US Citizen.
