Project Accountant

An industry leading real estate organization is seeking a project accountant to join their accounting team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all of the accounting regarding the on-going construction projects.
- Accounts payable & accounts receivable
- Budgeting: Developing and maintaining project budgets, including forecasting and tracking expenses throughout the project lifecycle.
- Draw requests
- Cash reconciliations
- Journal entries
- Assist with audits
- Financial reporting
Qualified candidates will have 5 plus years of previous experience in Construction Accounting maintaining job costs. A BS Degree is required.
