Project Manager (non-Civil Engineer)
- Responsibilities:
- Develop project scopes and budgets.
- Use AutoCAD for diverse Engineering Construction Drawings.
- Direct civil design and coordinate with team members.
- Lead design team in creating drawing and specification packages.
- Perform grading and drainage design to local standards.
- Coordinate with authorities, agencies, contractors.
- Maintain and grow client relationships.
- Prepare preliminary and detailed cost estimates.
- Essential Job Functions:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Manage project tasks and budgets effectively.
- Ensure quality assurance and timely project delivery.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Minimum Requirements:
- 5+ years' Land Development experience.
- 2+ years' Project Management experience.
- 3+ years' Civil 3D experience.
