Heavy Highway Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to oversee complex municipal highway projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in heavy highway construction project management
- Proven track record of successfully managing municipal highway projects from inception to completion
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Procore, Microsoft Project)
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and permitting processes related to heavy highway construction
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Certification preferred
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans
- Monitor project budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Manage project schedules and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and conduct regular project meetings
- Ensure quality and safety standards are met on the job site
- Identify and mitigate project risks
