- Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering
- Ohio Professional Engineering License
- 5+ years of experience in traffic analysis and microsimulation
- Experience with traffic engineering analysis software (HCS, Synchro, VISSIM, etc.)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microstation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Valid Ohio Driver's License
