Your Job Responsibilities:
- Representing the Company in client communications, from proposal to project completion
- Identifying and coordinating resources needed for projects
- Developing a good understanding of clients and tailoring services accordingly
- Creating and executing project work plans and schedules
- Assisting in training and mentoring project management support team
Your Requirements and Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of the mission critical industry and renovation/greenfield construction projects
- Demonstrated ability to manage and collaborate with diverse team members
- Registration as a Professional Engineer or Architect (or ability to become licensed)
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in mission critical Engineering or Construction Management
- Availability for occasional travel
- Ability to pass background checks, security screenings, or drug testing
