Assistant Service Manager - Dispatcher - Technician
A local mechanical contractor is looking for someone to help the service manager with dispatching, resolving technical issues, communication, supervising staff and resolving HR decisions regarding employee performance.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Managing and developing HVAC technicians/ office staff
- Regularly auditing customer service and work being performed by department to ensure all company standards are met
- Maintaining the ability to inspire and motivate staff
- Managing supervision of daily operations
- Assisting in managing projects
- Preparing quotes, bids, and contracts for customers
- Monitoring and overseeing billing for service jobs
