- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent
- 4+ years of experience
- Proficiency in 3D AutoCAD with Revit preferred
- Knowledge of engineering software such as STAAD, RISA, TEDDS, SCIA, and others a plus
- EIT status preferred, on track to take PE exam within 1 year or less
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivated to learn and work in the construction industry
- Creative problem solving in a collaborative team environment
