E-Billing Specialist Lead

As the E-Billing Specialist Lead, your responsibilities include providing clients with bills on a daily and monthly basis and auditing the books each month to ensure all bills and payments are correct.
Responsibilities:
- Create and review monthly billing reports to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and status reports relating to the billing process
- Prepare invoices and delivering them to clients
- Troubleshooting technical issues relating to clients bills
- Train billing staff on billing systems
Qualifications:
- Current legal billing experience is required.
- Elite, 3E, Aderant or similar legal billing software experience is required.
