Role:
The Estate Planning Paralegal assists attorneys and clients in the preparation, organization, and implementation of estate plans. They work in law firms, banks, and financial planning firms.
Responsibilities include:
-Assisting with client intake and conducting initial client interviews to gather relevant information about their estate planning needs and goals.
-Drafting and preparing legal documents, such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, advance healthcare directives, and other estate planning forms.
-Reviewing and analyzing client's financial and personal information to assess their estate planning needs effectively.
-Managing and organizing client files, ensuring all necessary documentation is obtained and maintained.
