Job Details:
CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER
The ideal candidate will oversee projects from buyout, into execution through closeout. Project Managers are responsible for the project administration and budgeting.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all stages of project life cycle
- Manage the project budget
- Provide timely status reports to stakeholders
- Negotiate and write contract scopes of work
- Write Schedules of Values
- Review and approve subcontractor billings
- Review and approve owner billing
- Supervise, mentor and train Project Engineer
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Commercial construction industry knowledge and ability to read blueprints
- Detail-oriented and strong communication skills
SALARY: $150-200K
