Job Details:
My client is a Fortune 100 Energy Management company with an emphasis on Fire and Security design and installation. They are seeking a Fire Alarm Technician with 1+ years of Commercial and Institutional experience.
- Proven electro-mechanical aptitude (based on previous experience and/or education) and user PC/software skill; proficient in Microsoft Office
- Entry: 1+ years experience in the installation and/or maintenance of commercial fire alarm systems
- Level II: 3+ years’ experience in the installation and/or maintenance of commercial fire alarm systems
- Must be able to differentiate types/colors of wire; use hand tools, laptop, email, smartphone, and tablet; carry and move equipment and tools weighing up to 75 pounds unassisted
- Must obtain NICET Fire Alarm Certification Level 1 within 12 months
- Qualified applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without the need for employer-based sponsorship now or in the future
