Job Details:
Highly respected, national engineering firm is looking to add a Construction Manager to their team in their Wheeling, WV office!
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree in civil engineering, construction management, construction engineering or civil engineering technology.
- Experience in reading/understanding blueprints, contracts, and interacting with clients, contractors, and management.
- Experience with work, contracts and specifications for the following municipal infrastructure project types: storm sewer, pump stations, waterlines and roadway.
- Must have experience monitoring labor, daily construction operations and equipment.
- Must have experience writing reports pertaining to operations, measurements, calculations, appurtenant efforts, and quantity collations.
- Must have great client communication skills: to develop and maintain relationships with prospective and current clients.
