Building Code Inspector
My client is an industry leader in environmental, engineering, and code compliance services, and they are looking to add multiple Building Code Inspectors to their talented staff in Ft. Lauderdale.
- Must have state of Florida commercial building inspection license (BN#) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing disciplines
- 2+ years of experience performing plan review or inspections
- Ability to write reports and take notice to what needs correction
- Must be able to interpret code and quality control regulations
- Maintain customer service relationship with clients
- High school diploma or equivalent, along with a valid driver’s license with a clean record required
