My client is a highly reputable general contractor seeking an experienced construction estimator. Qualified candidates will have experience estimating commercial renovations, office build-outs and high-end residential projects. Excellent opportunity to grow with a company who is rapidly expanding!
Skill Requirements
• Able to analyze client requests and conduct on-site walk-throughs.
• Be able to understand architectural and engineering drawings and specifications.
• Be highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Have good communications skills to partner with subcontractors, vendors, design
teams and clients during the bidding process.
• Have strong Excel skills.
