Job Details:
Assistant Property Manager - Luxury Residential
This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with tenants, overseeing the budgeting and forecasting for the property, reconciling accounts, resolving discrepancies, problem solving, working with the maintenance team and capital improvements etc.
An ideal candidate will have a minimum of the following:
- Several years of experience on large apartment complexes
- Strong Problem Solving skills
- Highly organized and Strong leadership skills
- Person of integrity and pride in work
- Experience leading a team of at least 3 direct reports
- Experience with Marketing & Planning for future Tenants
