BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SALES SPECIALIST - BUILDING AUTOMATION SERVICES
Well respected Energy Management provider seeks experienced Business Development Specialist to join team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a top end organization and perform with the best!
RESPONSIBILITES:
- Develop/Write Specification and Sequences of Operation for Engineers
- Provide Presentations and System Demonstrations
- Develop Scope of Work from Plans and Specifications
- Develop Scope of Work for Retrofit of Existing System
- Accurately complete System Take Off and Estimates
- Obtain quotes from subcontractors and suppliers
- Create and Deliver Accurate and Comprehensive Proposals
- Develop and maintain profession relationships with Engineers, Contractors, and End User Customers
- Other duties may be assigned.
