Supervising Consultant, Advisory
Base and up to 40% Bonuses
Role:
As a Supervising Consultant, this individual will provide business advisory to a diverse clientele base of smaller to middle market organizations. This would include high net worth families, business owners, and entrepreneurs to provide business valuations, FP&A (financial planning and analysis), modeling, compliance, project related work, as well as organizational development.
Responsibilities:
Lead engagements and work with HNW individuals, financial executives, and business owners to help influence business decisions by developing relationships and offering advisory services
- Actively participate in projects focused on the following service offerings:
- Finance Performance Improvement
- Financial Planning and Analysis; Key performance Indicators (KPI)
- Business Analytics and Decision Support; Financial modeling
- Financial Accounting Advisory Services
- Compliance
- Financial Statement Preparation
- Transaction Support
- Business Evaluation
- Ownership / Leadership changes
- Program/Project Management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 4+ years of auditing or business advisory within a mid-size to large public accounting organization
- CPA, CIA, and/or relevant certifications are a huge plus
Compensation:

Working Situation:
This will be a Hybrid situation with 3 days in the office and 2 days work from home.
