Help Desk Analyst

Compensation:
$75-100k
Role:
You will be responsible for solving problems that arise with hardware, operating systems, network and applications, etc.
Description:
- Install or relocate computers systems
- Evaluate and resolve issues relating to IT equipment and applications
- Install application software as needed
- Respond to user calls, listen to user needs and/or issues
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience dealing directly with end-users
- Experience with a wide range of computer desktop and notebook hardware
- Experience with Microsoft applications and Windows desktop operating system
