Job Details:
Business Development & Marketing Manager
Compensation:
$150-170k
A competitive compensation package will be available for this position including a base salary, as well as medical, dental, vision, a GREAT 401K, vacation and sick time, paid holidays, floating holidays, etc.
Working Situation:
This is a hybrid position with 3 days in the office a week and 2 days working from home.
Role:
Coordinate and implement business development programs and projects from initial strategy through monitoring and completion, including conducting research and analysis to identify prospective clients and working with various members of the business development team to plan and design marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and report on market trends and issues in an effort to keep partners updated on client, target, and competitor activities.
- Create tailored materials for client pitches and RFPs, and oversee document production process
- Develop strategies and content for (and drive forward) targeted events, sponsorship involvement, speaking engagements and thought leadership.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of legal experience
- Attention to detail
- Extraordinary communication skills
- Ability to travel as needed
