Senior Financial Analyst

Role:
A global manufacturing organization is adding a Senior Financial Analyst to their expanding team! As a Senior Financial Analyst, this person will be reporting to the Regional Finance Manager and responsible for preparing financial analysis, providing financial support to the region, financial modeling, financial performance analysis, budgeting, reporting, forecasting, ad hoc analysis, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Regional Finance manager to help provide financial support to business leaders within the region.
- Assist business leaders with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Perform financial modeling; build, create, and modify models
- Perform all types of analysis; cost, trend, market, profitability, and ad hoc analysis
- Work with the finance team to identify cost reduction initiatives
- Work on large capital projects improvements
- Work cross functionally with financial operations, accounting, and leadership.
Qualifications:
- Master’s in accounting or Finance and / or MBA is required
- 4+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Prior modeling, forecasting, and budgeting experience is required.
- Certifications are a plus.
Compensation:
A competitive compensation package will be available for this position including Base salary, Annual bonus, medical, dental, vision, 401K dollar for dollar match up to 6%, vacation and sick time, paid holidays, and much more!
Working Situation:
This will be a Hybrid situation with 3 days in the office and 2 days’ work from home.
