Job Details:
The Business Development Manager reports to the Vice President / Director of Sales and is responsible for conducting sales and business development activities within the East Region in the field of ground improvement.
As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading the business development efforts for the Company’s East Business Unit (BU) where initially you will have a primary focus on the Eastern BU area (Maine to Virginia). We plan to grow our market share in this region, and you will be responsible for generating and developing leads, establishing relationships with referrers, designers, specifiers and buyers, enhancing relationships with existing clients, and assisting in the sales process.

- Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
- BS in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 5 years related experience.
