Job Details:
My client is a top notch internationally known Construction Management firm. They are seeking a Heavy Civil Construction Planning Project Manager. This position is NOT remote or HYBRID. Must be a US CITIZEN or Green Card holder:
BS Civil Engineering or Construction Management strongly preferred.
Experience with various construction processes such as subcontractor management, scheduling, sequencing, submittals, and construction contract administration.
Experience in construction project controls, planning and scheduling.
- OSHA 10 or 30
- Experience in preparing CPM schedules for heavy civil construction projects
- Proficiency in Primavera P6.
- Ability to analyze and synthesize information in a concise manner and to make recommendations on strategies to resolve project issues.
- Strong oral and written communications skills and the ability to apply appropriate communication techniques to various individuals
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and other construction related computer programs.
- Ability to read blueprints, specifications, and job-related documents.
- Demonstrated leadership ability
- Valid Driver’s License to operate an AECOM provided motor vehicle on construction project site(s) to support project tasks assignments and scope of work. For positions with driving responsibilities, Motor Vehicle Records are reviewed as part of AECOM’s background check process to ensure compliance with the Company’s driving standards.
