Job Details:
My client is actively seeking a Construction Project Manager with steel background in ornamental steel and curtain wall type background. Duties include:
- Managing structural and miscellaneous steelwork projects from design to manufacture and installation.
- Responsible for field measuring and providing key information for our detailers and iron workers.
- Preparation, tracking and completion of all RFI’s and Change Orders.
- Checking shop drawings prior to submission for scope and constructability.
- Attend project meetings and site visits as required.
- Coordinate installation work with the erector providing site information, erection sequence and load lists.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with superintendents and project managers with our general contractors and other subcontractors.
