Technology Support Specialist
Our client located in Philadelphia is seeking a Technology Support Specialist that will be responsible for providing IT Technical Support including second level technical support of the firm’s standard software and hardware (desktop, laptops, and printers). The IT Technical Support analyst delivers superior customer service to the firm through excellent communication skills and follow-up on all reported issues. This is a full-time permanent role and will require you to be in the office 5 days a week. Must be vaccinated against Covid-19.
Qualifications:

Associate’s degree in a related field

Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in hardware and software support

Microsoft Office Certification and A+ Certification preferred
