Building Maintenance -- $60-75k - EPA Certification Required
Growing commercial real estate client in Plymouth Meeting has an immediate need for a stationary engineer to handle a large commercial office property. (400,000+ sf commercial, Class A building)
The qualified candidate will be EPA Certified, have a school diploma and have commercial office building maintenance/HVAC experience.
Qualified candidate must also be available for on call/weekend work, as needed for emergencies.
Responsibilities includes ensuring the daily operations of mechanical as well as fire alarm, HVAC, and plumbing systems. Excellent opportunity to join a well-respected firm that offers a generous salary package and opportunity for advancement!!
