Job Details:
Performance and Compensation Manager - Law Firm - Manhattan, NY - Hybrid
$140-160k + Bonus
Role:
You will develop, implement and administer compensation and performance management programs for attorney and administrative staff.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer the firm’s compensation cycles
- Provide salary recommendations for new hires, promotions, etc.
- Lead attorney and administrative staff performance evaluation processes
- Lead compensation related projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree
- 7+ years of corporate compensation experience
- Knowledge of federal, state and local FLSA and EEO regulations
- Workday experience a plus
