A rapidly growing privately held real estate investment and management client in Philadelphia is adding a Senior Accountant to their expanding property accounting team.
The role will be involved with internal financial reporting, financial statement analysis, general ledger posting, journal entries, CAM reconciliations, fixed assets and ensuring GAAP compliance.
Candidates should possess a BS in Accounting, 3+ years of real estate accounting experience, advanced Excel skills and accounting software experience.
