- 3+ years in maintenance management and manufacturing environments
- Mechanical and electrical manufacturing setting skills
- Demonstrated ability to provide leadership and responsibility for the maintenance of manufacturing equipment and tooling
- Must be safety driven as it applies to all work standards across the plant
- Ability to work proactively to support scheduling of preventative maintenance for facility equipment
