Growing commercial real estate company in the Philadelphia suburbs is is seeking a Real Estate Acquisitions Analyst to lead all aspects of the deal process during all property transactions.
Ideal candidate will have experience with securing equity partners, underwriting, have banking/financial institution relationships and experience with due diligence, closing/transactions experience and related documentation.
Prior real estate acquisition/transactions experience is required.
