Software Engineers - Remote
My client has 3 full time remote openings for Sr and Lead Software Engineers. They are growing rapidly nationwide and adding to their team. They offer a solid comp plan, benefits package and 20% annual bonus. They ideally seeking experience with Python/Django/Vue.js Roles will involve the following:
- Developing modern and secure user-facing web-based functionality
- Building, enhancing, and scaling existing backend services and solutions
- Drive and implement improvements and capabilities in line with product development goals
- Work closely with key stakeholders to identify and solve emerging, interesting business problems.
Experience Requirements:
- 5+ yrs proven experience of building modern web applications, especially using well-known frameworks (Vue/Angular/React, JavaScript/Node.JS, Django)
- A clear understanding of REST-based services and API driven development and design principles
- Have solid experience in working with at least one standard RDBMS (MySQL, Postgres, Aurora, etc)
- Have solid experience in working with non-relational database technology (MongoDB, DocumentDB, etc)
- Have a solid grasp of cloud operating principles (including cloud-first architecture, serverless and containers, PaaS/IaaS, etc).
- Have a solid grasp on User Experience / User Design principles
- Hands-on experience with Python, JavaScript, AWS
- Familiar with Agile principles
