An excellent general construction company based in the Greater Philadelphia area is actively seeking to add an experience Mechanical Project Coordinator professional to the team to lend expertise to the organization. The MEP Project Coordinator will provide coordination and management aspects of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing for company construction projects.
Required Skills:
- Must have strong MEP construction experience (Mechanical, HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical systems)
- Minimum of five (5) years of applicable mechanical construction experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Engineering a plus)
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret blueprints, building codes, specifications, regulations
- Professional communication skills (written & verbal)
- Interface with internal project executives, clients, subcontractors, architects, engineers, consultants
- Computer proficiency
- Must be able to make decisions and judgments based on situational analysis
- Ability to manage obstacles in a timely and professional manner
