Job Details:
My client is an MEP Consulting engineering firm with a solid reputation. They are seeking HVAC Mechanical Engineers with strong design and engineering abilities in HVAC and Mechanical. HVAC engineering and design, including load calculations, equipment selection and sizing, sizing and design of air and fluid distribution. Attend regular project meetings with project team. Coordinate with project management and other disciplines for scheduling and design. Coordinate with Technical/Resource Leaders for staff assignment and technical accuracy of the project. Review checklists comment sheets to ensure completeness. Review and use Design Guidelines. Pro-actively address concerns and anticipate outcomes. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred 5 years relevant experience in HVAC design and engineering Proficiency in 2004 version or later of AutoCAD General computer proficiency and specifically in design and calculation software. Revit a plus too!
