Job Details:
Regional Facilities Manager needed at an industry leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials.

Successful candidates will require:
- Managing multi-disciplinary teams of facilities staff.
- Developing Facilities Managers and staff across multi-building locations.
- Ensuring appropriate staffing levels and leadership.
- Leadership of facilities staff, including annual performance review.
- Budget planning.
- Auditing of all building features, systems, landscaping and appearance.
- inspection of buildings, sites and equipment for needed repair and maintenance work.
- Overseeing the implementation of continuous improvement plans and other facilities related projects and initiatives.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 5 years+ with multiple warehouses or retail locations experience.
- CMMS experience.
- Experience with budgets of $5 million and up.
- Travel to companies other domestics and international locations.
