ARCHITECTURAL PROJECT MANAGER
Award winning Boston Architecture and Planning firm has an immediate need for an Architectural Project Manager to join their team to take on projects ranging from rehabilitation and expansion to new building design.
Responsibilities:
- Project oversight on numerous projects to include regulatory compliance
- Negotiate service fees
- Review design docs and analyze estimates
Requirements:
- Registered Architect preferred
- 6-8+ years' experience
- Revit proficiency
- Knowledge of Massachusetts local building codes
- Public sector experience preferred
- Healthcare experience greatly preferred!
