Responsibilities:
- Commercial tenant management
- Tenant ledgers and reconciliations
- Real estate and CAM charge calculations
- AR and collections of commercial tenants
Qualifications:
- Accounting/Finance Degree
- 2+ years of accounting experience
- Commercial real estate experience preferred
- Property Management software experience preferred
