Data Entry Administrator
The Data Clerk is responsible for receiving all service calls and work requests sent to the construction Project Team.
The Admin/Data Clerk is responsible for office and CMMS administration.
- Uses Microsoft Office software; operates the Customer Service Desk; receives and processes completed work orders and inputs data into CMMS.
- Maintains OM&S records, personnel time records, etc.
- Uploads and maintains required information to our SharePoint Site and performs routine clerical tasks, such as operating copiers, filing, answering telephones, and sorting and distributing mail.
May be required to perform additional or different duties from those set forth above to address business needs and changing business practices.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Completion of advanced word-processing training.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with standard word processing software.
- Ability to operate a personal computer.
- Experience with CMMS applications (desired).
- Must be able to communicate effectively with Management, our customers, contractors, and co-workers.
- Must have a willingness to learn new skills and assist co-workers.
- Valid Driver's license
