Job Details:
Our client has an immediate need for an experienced Chief Engineer to join their talented team. The qualified candidate will have a high school diploma and at 5-10 years of building maintenance experience.
Responsibilities include inspecting building systems including fire alarms, HVAC, electrical and plumbing to ensure operation of equipment. The candidate will be responsible for multiple properties in the region as well as supervision of multiple maintenance engineers.
HVAC/R, EPA certifications required.
Candidates with leadership experience in commercial office buildings are preferred.
