Job Details:
Lead / Senior Estimator in heavy civil construction:
- Overall min. 10 years and min. 15 years / + estimating experience with proven leadership and estimating skills minimum up to $50 Million projects or higher. Experienced in DOT, MTA all different aspect of heavy construction such as utility/ concrete/ structural steel etc. Very proficient in estimating at least four different civil engineering disciplines. For instance, site work including utility (1), demolition (2), superstructure concrete (3), structural steel (4) and/ or different disciplines. It is possible to consider interviewing candidates with fewer year experience provided that they can demonstrate their remarkable fulfillments and achievements as an estimator.
- Proven estimating experience and ability to demonstrate it.
- Being able to work alone or with other estimators for the same estimate project depends on the job needs.
- Great communication, coordination and organization skills.
- Preferably bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent/ +.
- Local-NY or NJ. No commute problem.
- Must be proficient in using HCSS.
