Architectural Project Manager
Award winning Architecture Firm on Long Island, NY that provides design for a diversity of projects has a need for a talented Project Manager. Great pay and benefits!
Job Duties & Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Architecture Degree
- 8-15+ years of experience as an Architect.
- Ability to take a project from start to finish.
- Proficient with AutoCAD.
- Experience working on construction documents, schematic designs, and design developments.
- Review production drawings and specifications
- Shop Drawings review & process.
- Experience working on one or more of the following projects-commercial interiors, municipal, retail, healthcare, mixed-use, and residential.
- Knowledge of building materials and construction methods and codes and regulations.
- Team player with good communication skills.
