My client a National Construction firm operating around the US is seeking a Equipment Manager for their Dayton Equipment Center. Candidates should have the following experience:
- Support operations on all Equipment issues
- Analyze opportunities to cut costs / improve efficiencies
- Experience supervising or managing construction and heavy equipment
- Able to oversee staff of equipment center, mechanics and drivers
- Able to lead, train and mentor staff
- Ability to interface with different divisions of the company and outside vendors/customers
