Job Details:
The Project Manager will manage, direct, and coordinate all aspects of work related to development and construction of Solar Farms. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the overall project scope, schedule, cost and risk management.
Required Experience
- Knowledge of Solar Projects
- Knowledge and application of PM processes.
- Knowledge and application of Financial Management.
- At least 4 years’ experience as a Project Manager for similar projects
- Ability to lead small teams.
- Basic understanding and application of contract commercial terms.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Thorough understanding of development, construction, design, operations, contract management with emphasis on power industry projects.
- Proficient understanding of CPM scheduling or associated software (Primavera, MS Project) and proficient understanding of Deltek Vision or associated software is a plus.
- Proficient understanding of Project Controls.
- BS degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering or related discipline.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or the ability to attain within 2 years of employment.
