M&A Manager
This role leads and liaise with cross-functional teams in the integration of mergers, partnerships and acquisitions and divestitures. Manage entire project plan for acquisition integrations of Controllership and Reporting functions.
Experience Required:
- 5+ years of experience in a Fortune sized company or international CPA firm
- 2+ years of M&A experience
- CPA
- Strong project management experience
