Job Details:
My client is a Consulting Engineer with a great reputation over the last 60 years. They are looking for a degreed Engineer with controls expertise is in instrumentation and controls and validating and commissioning those controls in pharmaceutical plants. Additional duties include:
• Experienced in all facets of capital projects from beginning to end. Was fully engaged in the conceptual design through the commissioning phases on many Pharmaceutical and Biologics projects;
• Excellent interpersonal written and oral communication skills including the ability to effectively interface with clients, end users, auditors (FDA and internal QA), upper management, project teams, etc.
• Management skills and abilities, including: forming a team, establishing and managing processes, timelines, and objectives to meet established goals;
• Excellent knowledge of FDA (GMP/GLP), EPA, and OSHA regulations;
• Possess the ability to negotiate and procure contracts and knowledge of financial cost and risk assessment analysis;
• Ability to prioritize duties and manage multiple projects from start to finish;
• Possess the ability to take initiative to complete assignments and job responsibilities with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrate problem solving ability to include proactive information gathering, strategic inquiry, systematic thinking and interpersonal assessment;
• Strategic and analytical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills;
• Proficient with operations of computer software packages (Windows, Microsoft Office, AUTOCAD, Micro- Station, Datastream (CMMS), ProCal (CCMS), Isotrain, SAP, and Trackwise), PLC’s (Allen-Bradley) and Distributed Control Systems (DCS) used in manufacturing process areas;
• Experienced with controllers, monitoring and data acquisition systems (SCADA)
