Job Details:
Project Coordinator – Admin
- HVAC industry related experience strongly preferred. Familiarity with general or mechanical contracting or equipment a plus.
- Administration and management of various projects including coordination with multiple vendors and customers
- Experience working with customers/vendors and providing support.
- Customer purchase order administration.
- Creates and manages vendor orders to meet customer requirements.
- Monitors and manages project costs, project budget and customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s degree and two (2) years of experience performing project coordination or administrative roles; or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Windows/ Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) product knowledge required.
- Demonstrated success in a customer focused environment and role.
- Team-player attitude and outlook.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; ability to effectively communicate with internal and external contacts.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- High-level attention to detail while managing multiple projects.
