Job Details:
HVAC Project Manager
South Jersey HVAC mechanical contractor is currently searching for a responsible Project Manager to oversee HVAC mechanical construction projects. Tasks for this role would include organizing and scheduling various projects to meet customer expectations, communicating with project stakeholders including vendors, subcontractors, customer representatives and other 3rd parties, facilitating solutions as project issues arise and driving projects to closure by managing inspections, punch lists and documentation needed for completion.
Job Requirements
Minimum 7-10 years' working experience of HVAC/Mechanical systems required
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Communicate effectively and work in a team environment
Assess project requirements from plans, specifications and other project information
Assign tasks to team members for completion
Oversee project schedules to insure timelines and budgets are met
Proficient with Microsoft Office (required), Smart Sheets proficiency a plus
